The next artist who contributed to our ‘Art2Arts Artist at Christmas’ is Mila Moroko, an artist who is inspired by nature and flowers and she has always loved to draw, paint and do anything creative. Read more in our mini-interview:
Do you give your art as a gift to family and friends?
Yes, I do. Just tried counting how many of my works were given to people I love and whom I wanted to share my positive vibes with. I can’t remember all of them but it might be around 20 or something. And I have some plans for the upcoming festive season as well.
What painting are you most proud of this year?
At the top of my own list will be:
In love with poppies
Cherry fantasy
Magic irises
Rhapsody in pink
A big part of my work is floral because nature itself is so colourful and optimistic that I feel happiness and joy every time I work on a new painting featuring flowers.
Where are you planning to spend Christmas this year?
Nothing special for this Christmas in terms of places or travelling. I just dream about not necessarily a white but a magical Christmas with such gifts for me from Santa as new ideas and vivid colours for my works and, of course, new places to travel to.
What inspiration do you get from the festive season?
Christmas holidays take us back to childhood and make us see the world in a different way – the world which is filled with harmony and kindness. We maybe don’t even think about it but just feel it.
