Here are some handy tips for looking after your new piece of canvas artwork. It is worth taking the time to read them:

  1. When the painting becomes dusty, do not use sprays, chemicals cleaners, or water on the face of the painting. Lightly dust using a feather duster or a dry, lint free cloth.
  2. Try to avoid placing the painting in direct sunlight. Being exposed to UV ray’s on a daily basis may make the painting fade eventually.
  3. Avoid placing the painting near direct heat like an oven, or radiator.
  4. Avoid placing near high levels of moisture, or humidity.
  5. Avoid touching the canvas face, as your hands are likely to have natural greases on them.

Take care when moving the painting, always cover the face, as it can be easily dented. Try to use bubble-wrap to protect it. Should any dents occur spray the back of the canvas on the effected area with water, this should be absorbed and erase or reduce the denting.
