See the magic

Where did you get the inspiration for this piece?

I remember it was just a regular Summer morning, sitting in my studio, in front of my blank canvas and thinking about everything we’ve all been through in the past couple of years. I was especially thinking to my son and to all the young people who sometimes are struggling to find their best path in this very unpredictable today world.

Yes, we  ‘run’ too fast and too often forget to pause and to give ourselves a chance to observe that magical glow of the little things that surround us. They might help us to add even more rays of happiness in our life.

We need to feed our soul and our mind with all the beauty, kindness and hope that I do believe is still exist in people and every place..

Well, I am not too good with words, but hopefully ‘See the magic’ it’s able to ‘express itself way better than I do.

What is your creative process when creating this piece?

It’s one of my very few artworks made in this style, I actually pushed myself  a bit out of my comfort zone.. but oh boy, somehow, my imagination and my brushes were  happily dancing all over the canvas.

Good memories, beautiful dreams and lovely music have accompanied and  helped me to give life to this work.

How long would this work have taken you?

I do not usually count the time when working on a painting, it depends of the subject, the size of the canvas and especially of my mood.

”See the Magic” was joyfully  finished in about 2 days…
